As part of our customer service, all purchases come with free delivery by SingPost Registered Article service within 2-3 working days.
For any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee’s address. You can collect the item from the designated post office, or redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery.
As collection timing may vary, it is advisable to check the timing before proceeding to the post office to collect.
The addressee shall bring along his/her NRIC or identification card, and delivery advice, as well as any other identification documents required by the relevant postal administration.
1. I’ve received a defective item. What should I do?
We apologise for sending you a defective item. Please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in our online contact form quoting your order number, and attach a photograph of the defect. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will inform you to fill in the Returns Form and send it with the item back to us.
All defective items are to reach us within 10 business days from our acknowledgement email for local orders made in Singapore. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging. Return postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective, and a one-to-one replacement will be provided. However, if an exact replacement is no longer in stock, a 2-months store credit voucher equivalent to the item purchase price will be issued.
2. Can I return my purchase?
At Giorgio Mandelli, we offer risk-free shopping as part of our customer service to enhance your shopping experience. If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return your item(s) in exchange for a 2-months store credit voucher. We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags intact, and in its original packaging. Giorgio Mandelli reserves the right to reject any returns that do not fulfill the above conditions.

Return parcels are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for local orders.
A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail. We do not reimburse return delivery charges.
3. How long does it take for my return request to be processed?
Your return request will be processed within 5-7 working days (not inclusive of public holidays and weekends) from the date of our receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been approved and processed.
4. How much store credits will I be given for my returned item(s)?
Store credit voucher issued will be equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s).
5. Can I opt for cash refund?
We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.
