We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days upon receiving your item to request for a refund. Refund will be in the form of a credit voucher of equivalent value as the purchased item. Customers can request to be sent the same product, should it be available.
To initiate request for a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com and send us photos of your received item/s. If your refund is accepted, we’ll credit your account with store credit (discount code).

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.
