FREE shipping on all orders to Malaysia and Brunei, without minimum purchase.

FREE shipping worldwide on all orders ≥ $100 SGD.

For international orders under $100 SGD, airmail shipping is available at a flat rate of $15 SGD.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has been dispatched. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online (if applicable*). Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, additional border controls and restrictions on international goods movement might regrettably result in some delay in shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Please be aware that unforeseeable delays may be imposed by your country's customs clearance. Giorgio Mandelli® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Giorgio Mandelli® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please retain evidence of all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


*Registered Service is an optional sign-for service that requires signature on delivery in Singapore and most destinations. For overseas postings, it is only available if the service is valid to the country of destination. You can also track your item's status (for selected countries). Registered service does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered mail items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery. For Registered Service to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the Overseas Postal Administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost will check with Overseas Postal Administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, Overseas Postal Administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
